Very friendly, clean, good beds, good breakfast

The location is top, the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The passage to the parking lot is with 2.10 m width very narrow, without a signpost (the hotel takes over!) only experienced drivers should drive to the parking lot.

We spent Christmas in this hotel and we loved the decorations and the festive atmosphere. the breakfast buffet was satisfying with freshly baked pastries and a good selection of tea. the location was perfect, very central and close to the Christmas market. We also appreciated the option to park in the garage at an additional cost.

The room was too small for the price and quite outdated. We had difficulty finding a place to put our luggage, as there was only a small corner available.

Quiet accommodation within walking distance from the centre, very well maintained overall impression, rooms modernised and very attractively furnished, staff service-oriented and friendly, breakfast leaves nothing to be desired, parking fee of 5 Euro/day very reasonable

We had a great stay at City Partner! The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city with everything we needed close by. The room was clean and comfortable, and the sheets smelled fresh. We appreciated the variety of TV channels available and the reliable WiFi. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a convenient and pleasant stay.

The hotel is very centrally located and yet very quiet. We had a room to the back and heard absolutely nothing of the street noise. Great!

Breakfast was delicious and varied. Parking situation was OK, with a resident's card it was no problem to park at a short distance

This hotel is located in a great neighborhood just outside the pedestrian zone, making it easy to reach with the S-bahn. It's a short walk to several local attractions, including Schloss Karlsruhe. the rooms are spacious and comfortable with modern bathrooms, and the service is friendly and attentive. the breakfast is fantastic, with a wide range of delicious food to choose from.

The elevator is small and can be uncomfortable for more than two people.

I had a great stay at this hotel in the city center. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the city center and convenient for getting around. The staff were friendly, efficient, and attentive. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a nice desk and chair for working. The bathroom had very good facilities, and everything was well maintained. Additionally, the breakfast buffet offered a wide selection, although it could have had more vegan options.

Poor-ish internet connection

The Staff was really friendly, the room was decently big and bed was great, bathroom was clean, as well as the rest of the hotel and the tv in the was relally big!! Shops were nearby and parking was arranged very well. We loved out stay here, and will book this hotel again is ever in Karlsruhe again!!

The only tiny thing not nice was that the room was quite hot and the hotel had a bit of a dated look, but it didn;t matter!!!
